R. Vance Golden, III

A West Virginian through and through, R. Vance Golden, III was born in West Virginia, and was admitted to the state bar in 1972. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate at West Virginia University, and also served as a captain in the United States Army.

Since then, he's been named in Who's Who in American Law and served as president of the West Virginia Real Estate Lawyers. He is a member of the American Legal and Financial Network, the Wood County Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association Board and the West Virginia Association for Justice.

His main areas of practice include real estate, banking, civil litigation, and foreclosures.

Timothy J. Amos

Born and raised in West Virginia, Timothy J. Amos has been a member of the West Virginia Bar since 1998, following his graduation from law school at West Virginia University College of Law. He completed his undergraduate education at Bethany College, where he earned magna cum laude honors. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, American Legal and Financial Network and Wood County Bar Association and a former member of the Wood County Board of Education.

Tim's primary practice areas include transactional real estate closings, civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate disputes and lien issues, bankruptcy, replevin/detinue actions and evictions.
